This time it’s a channel. If you have ever tried learning French or Spanish, or any foreign language really, you have to check out Loïc Suberville’s channel on YouTube. The guy is so funny he makes my stomach hurt!

📕Book:

After hearing Ali Abdaal talk about it for absolutely ages, I have finally started listening to audio books of Brandon Sanderson on audible, and I have to say it’s awesome. I’m listening to “The Way of Kings”. The trick to effective audiobook listening is to have the pdf/physical book open in front of you while you’re listening. You will make your reading 100x faster just by following along with your eyes while you’re listening at 1.8x on audible.

📝Quote:

  1. "The world is vast and complicated, and I am so small. Sometimes it seems like the only way to make a difference is to lie to myself, to believe that I am larger than I am." - Kaladin Stormblessed, The Way of Kings (Chapter 21)

🔍I’m Learning:

So if you remember from the last time we talked, I went on vacation for my honeymoon and boi what a trip that was. I did scuba diving 🤿 . Or at least I tried. The first dive I was so nervous I didn’t let go of my husband’s hand the whole time (some people thought it was cute). The second dive was more relaxed and I was able to move around on my own and see the beautiful clownfish 🐠 and corals 🪸.

I see that you’ve made it to the end. If you liked this blogpost, check out the other stuff I talk about on my YouTube Channel. Don’t forget to subscribe!😉
